five
consecutive Fall and Spring semesters at SMC
You must have an assignment in one discipline of at least
5.0 LHE
for each of those semesters. (5.0 LHE is 33% of a full-time load.)
Some examples (for semester-long assignments):
Counseling: 5 LHE = 10 scheduled hours per week
English: 5.0 LHE = 5.0 scheduled teaching hours per week
Piano: 5.0 LHE = 5.72 scheduled hours per week
Yoga: 5.0 LHE = 6.67 scheduled hours per week
Emeritus: 5.0 LHE = 9.38 scheduled hours per week (16-week schedule)
You must have
no
less-than-satisfactory evaluations over those five semesters
