Dear Part-time Colleagues:

    We are trying to increase enrollment in CPFA (California Part-Time Faculty Association). There are currently over 39,000 part-time instructors in the community college system. CPFA would like to claim that we represent 39,000 instructors. In order to make this claim—you need to join CPFA. Legislators see educators as leaders in the community—leaders who influence elections. If CPFA could speak collectively with the power of 39,000 voices, we could make a difference in Sacramento.
