Motion from the Nominations and Elections Committee

This motion is to amend Article IX, Section A, 1D and E of the Faculty Association Bylaws to switch years of election of Secretary and Treasurer to reflect past and current practice.

IV. Second Reading of Faculty Association Bylaws Amendment

 

A. Article III, Section A, #5 of Faculty Association Bylaws should be amended to say: "recommends endorsement of political candidates and/or ballot propositions."

B. Article VII, Section E, #4 of Faculty Association Bylaws to read: "Legislation and Public Affairs Committee"
