Ballot Preparation
A. The Nominations and Elections Committee shall solicit nominations from
the Representative Assembly not later that the second meeting in March April. If only one meeting is held in March April, the solicitation shall take place at that meeting.
Section D: Elections
2. Annual Election
A. The annual election shall be held no later than the last full week of April May.
The motion was passed with 40 yeas, 1 nay, and 1 abstention.
