I. Chief Negotiator's Report-Robert Flores Negotiations continue on the following issues: load, calendar, inclusion of Faculty Association Newsletter in contract, II. Motion from the Executive Committee-Second Reading Article IX Nominations and Elections Special Election Procedures Section C: Nominations Ballot Preparation A. The Nominations and Elections Committee shall solicit nominations from the Representative Assembly not later that the second meeting in March April. If only one meeting is held in March April, the solicitation shall take place at that meeting. Section D: Elections 2. Annual Election A. The annual election shall be held no later than the last full week of April May. The motion was passed with 40 yeas, 1 nay, and 1 abstention. III.
