What are the duties of the President and the Vice President of the Association?

The President of the Association conducts the day-to-day affairs of the Association and serves as its spokesman. The Vice President serves as President in the President's absence and chairs the Professional Rights and Responsibilities (Grievance) Committee.

            During the duration of the contract, the Chief Negotiator shall have the authority to develop and sign Memorandums of Understanding subject to approval of the President, Negotiating Council and Representative Assembly at its next meeting.

            Office Manager/Executive Secretary

IV.       Motion from the Executive Committee  - Spring Reassigned Time

The Executive Committee recommends that the Representative Assembly authorize up to 1 FTE of reassigned time for Faculty Association business for Spring 2003.
