Meeting was called to order at 11:15 A.M.

I.                   Motion from Executive Committee – Motion of Solidarity

That the Faculty Association show solidarity with and support for the Academic Senate’s decision for nonparticipation in the Coordinating Council by not attending Coordinating Council meetings.

Motion passed unanimously.

II.        Motion from the Executive Committee – Motion of Non-participation

That Faculty Association representatives shall not participate in campus committees until confidence in the college administration is restored.

Motion passed unanimously.

III.       Board of Trustees Candidate Endorsements

            Candidates were solicited to be interviewed and five responded.  Interviews were videotaped.

Dennis Frisch made and Robin Briggs seconded the motion for the Faculty Association to endorse Susan Aminoff and Doug Willis.

            Motion passed unanimously.

IV.       Faculty Association Reassigned Time – Summer and Fall, 2004

Motion made by Dennis Frisch, and seconded by Robin Briggs.

Motion passed unanimously.

IV.              Election Committee – Dennis Frisch

Results will be posted this afternoon directly after vote counting is completed.
