    A. Article III, section A, #5 of Faculty Association Bylaws should be amended to say: "recommends endorsement of political candidates and/or ballot propositions."

    B. Article VII, Section E, #4 of Faculty Asssociation Bylaws to read: "Legislation and Public Affairs Committee."

    III. Resolution of Thanks

    SMCFA hereby expresses its deepest thanks to the Los Angeles Community College CFT local and to the El Camino CFT local for their contributions to the SMCFA legal fund.
