The meeting was called to order at 11:15 A.M.
Due to lack of a quorum, approval of minutes was postponed.

I...President's Report-Lantz Simpson Lantz reported the decision of the Ad hoc committee on Senate funding to seek increased funding for the Academic Senate. The Senate passed a motion to that effect and the motion will be presented to the college Budget meeting on December 14.

II. Negotiations Report-Lantz Simpson The negotiations team is working on final contract language, but the district has not yet presented a draft copy of the contract.

Due to lack of a quorum business was postponed until the first meeting in spring 2002, and the meeting was adjourned at 12:05 P.M.
