Common Paycheck Abbreviations
C1 - contract pay (i.e. your regular salary)
C2 - hourly or overload
C - for certificated (academic) assignment
M - monthly rate
H - hourly rate or overload
C/M - monthly rate
C/H - hourly rate
"regular" - pay for your regular salary or overload
deduction – your money (after tax)
reduction – your money (before tax)
contribution – the District's money contributed on your behalf
CCFA – SMC Faculty Association Dues
FACCC – Faculty Association of California Community Colleges dues
FAC CA-PT – CPFA ( California Part-Time Faculty Association)
STRS Red. - State Teachers Retirement System
DD Larissa - Dental coverage provider
AFC or AFA - American Fidelity (this is a Section 125 provider)
